This song has alot of funky but cool-sounding chords that sound really
classy but are easy to learn:

G: 320033
A*: 545000 (I'm not sure what this chord is called)
G/A: 300233
Cmaj7: x32000
C: 032010
Em7: 022030
D/F#: 200232
C2: 032030
Eb: x110xx
F: x331xx

Intro:
G A* Cmaj7-C G-G/A

Verse:
G A* Cmaj7-C
G-G/A
G A* Cmaj7-C
G G-G/F#

Chorus:
Em7 D/F#
C2 G-G/F#
Em7 D/F#
C2 Eb-F
G A* Cmaj7-C G-G/A

Verse:
G A* Cmaj7-C
G-G/A
G A* Cmaj7-C
G G-G/F#

Chorus:
Em7 D/F#
C2 G-G/F#
Em7 D/F#
C2 Eb-F
G A* Cmaj7-C G-G/A (x3)

SOLO
[Hard to transcribe. Improvise in Em (pentatonic) Em-D-C-G (Chorus riff)]

G A* Cmaj7-C G-G/A (x6)

This is how the transition from G to G/F# goes:
   G G/F#
--3--2--
--3--3--
--0--0--
--0--0--
--2-----
--3-----

There is a little transition from Em7 to D/F#:
   Em7 D/F#-Dsus
--0--0----------2---3--
--3--3----------3---3--
--0--0----------2---2--
--2--2---2------0------
--2--2---2------0------
--0--0---0-2-3--2------

I hope this has helped, and Happy playing!!

Nice, but the chord you called G/A is actually a G(add9) and should be 3x0233.

Also, the chord you called C2 is actually a C(add9). The difference is that a 2nd would remove a third; an add9 has both a 2nd and 3rd in the chord in the same octave.

actually guitar of gold, a C2 changes the tonic (C) to a 2nd. you don't lose a third in the process.

this song sounds good on a 12-string

Great job but the chord you called G is actually a G5 but it sounds great!
