I'm not sure what all this means. Could you explain with a little more detail, please?

The chords that are given repeat throughout the song. The recommendation is to play the chords up the neck of the guitar rather than playing the open version of the chord down at the nut - the shaping of the F and G chords is the same as a Bb chord barred at the first fret, but moved up to the eighth or tenth fret respectively. The C is played as a bar chord at its 'natural' position on the neck, where 'C' falls on the low E string. I haven't played the song yet, but it sounds like they partially mute the strings with the pick hand during the verses rather than letting them ring.

Actually the song is played F- chord played on the 8th fret
C- chord played on the 3rd fret
G- chord played on the 10th fret
using the 3rd and 4th strings
during the verses, then on the chorus, F- chord is played on the 1st fret,
C- chord is played on the 3rd fret, and the G-chord is played on the 3rd fret using power chords. However on the third verse when it starts with(and all the powers of darkness) they flip the chord progression to C,then F, then G. Otherwise the rest of the song is F, then C, then G.
